T-ball All Stars head to regionals

MOBILE, Alabama (WALA) – It’s a big week for the six-year-old all stars from Matthews Park in Mobile. The team is headed to Orlando, Florida for the regional tournament.

“A lot of people play baseball their whole life, and never win a state championship. And their lucky to win it at the age of six,” said the team’s coach, Kyle Roach.

The team will play on Thursday. Their performance at regionals could win them a trip to the Cal Ripken World Series in Virginia.
