A SportsInk.com sampling of coaching moves for ’11-12
Its been a busy summer for plenty of new high school coaches in the SportsInk.com coverage area.
Three of the biggest football coaching changes occurred in Summit County where Ed Cybak takes over for Tom Stacy at Green, Ron Wright succeeds Tom Narducci at Hudson and Joe Schiavone takes the reins at Twinsburg for Mark Solis, who now is head coach at Lorain.
At St. Vincent-St. Mary, Julie Laury steps in for Irish volleyball coaching legend Mary Howard. Laury has coached 15 years, including stints at Norton, Black River and Wadsworth. She played collegiately for the Akron Zips.
In another volleyball move, Hudson coach Josh Stewart takes over at Cuyahoga Falls for Scott Nickol.
