Weaver falls short of record in season’s final meet

Amanda Weaver fell less than a second shy of the school record in the 1,500 meters as she completed the women’s track & field season with Ashley Miracle in the Gregory Invitational. Weaver completed her race in 4:48.17 and she will continue her quest for the record of 4:47.4 held by Wendy Lombardi. Miracle posted a time of 2:20.27 in the 800.
