Havens Begins Action in Canoe Championships

Albion College swimming & diving coach Keith Havens is competing in the American Canoe Association’s Whitewater Open Canoe Downriver National Championships on the Deerfield River in Zoar Gap, Mass. Havens joined Ed Wright to post the fastest overall time in the two-man distance event July 14. Their time of 1:17:23 beat the next fastest team by a little more than two minutes. The ACA WWOCD National Championship continues through July 17.
