Football Players Begin Training Camp

A new playing surface inside Sprankle-Sprandel Stadium . . . pre-season All-Americans on the roster . . . a national ranking in Division III. Those are just some of the reasons excitement is building as the countdown to Albion’s 2011 football season begins. Five Britons – linebacker Tony Brown, receiver J.C. Cruse, cornerback Chris Greenwood, quarterback Spencer Krauss, and running back Clinton Orr – got on the artificial turf on photo day Aug. 15 and they talked about the excitement as the days count down to the Sept. 3 opener at Butler University.
